Wonderful News Today

Today Carter was removed from the ventilator because he has been able to breath on his own for the past day. The doctors have moved him to a less restricted care unit of the hospital and today, Deanna was able to change his clothes, feed him and hold him for the first time. The bleeding in the brain seems to have stopped and they are continuing to monitor him. As of yet there is no conclusion about how this happened and the doctors may never know. But today there is one seriously happy mom and dad out there in Fresno loving their baby.

Keep up the positive thoughts and prayers for Carter Ryan Clift. It's working.

We love you Deanna, Ryan and Carter

The entire network of Michael and Hallie friends have been sending little Carter their good vibes and blessings. Also literally hundreds of people from my parents' and their friends' former and current churches in Oregon, California and Texas have been alerted and praying since Friday. We are so HAPPY that things seem to be turning around..such a huge WEIGHT lifted!! Michael and I have all been going through this with you 100 percent of the way, crying and laughing right along with you. We can't wait to hold that little baby in our arms and cover him with kisses! Love Auntie Hallie

Longue et heureuse vie à Carter : quel beau et doux visage!
I am truly sorry he's already been through so much suffering on the very first days of his life. But thankfully it's over now. And you'll soon be taking him home with you. The three of you, together.
Deanna, je t'embrasse.

Hello you two! We've been checking the blog several times a day and were very happy and relieved to see the WONDERFUL news that Carter is doing MUCH better! And it truly warms my heart that you, Deanna, were able to hold your son in your arms and feed him for the first time (tears still streaming down my face!).

We are so happy that the Clifts have been blessed with abundant prayer from such loving family and friends.

Continuing to send our love and prayers,

Amy, Tracy, and Little Buddy Bulin
