On Saturday, May 9th, Mother's Day weekend, Ryan and I took Carter to the zoo. It is about 2 miles from our house and so easy to get to. Carter enjoyed looking at the animals. He makes elephant noises and has a sign he uses for elephant so we spent quite a bit of time at the elephant enclosure. He was also fascinated by the giraffes. His lovey that he sleeps with every night is a stuffed giraffe "Raffey". You can feed the giraffes at this zoo and we'll do that on our next visit. It was a really fun trip.
